Beef Bourguignon “A ma facon” (My way) with red wine, thyme, lardons, carots and mushrooms

“Creamy chicken” with white wine, cumin, carots, red pepper and mushrooms 

“Kofta Mkaraouara” Moroccan spicy dish with beef meatballs, tomatoes, eggs, fresh coriander, cumin and paprika 

“Kleftiko” 7 to 8 hours slow cooked lamb with oregano, rosemary and fresh lemon juice

“Stifado” One-pot Greek beef stew with bay leaves, oregano and cinnamon

“Paella” with a choice of meat and seafood (chicken, chorizo, prawns, calamari, mussels…)

“Gemista” stuffed vegetables - usually peppers, tomatoes and courgettes - with minced beef, fresh herbs, feta cheese and rice
